1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and bro222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bro222 website, its associated services, games, promotions and any related content made available through the Platform at https://bro222.cam.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bro222 support immediately.

5. Terms of Use

bro222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational wagering purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

bro222 endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sports betting odds displayed on bro222 are subject to movement at any time prior to event commencement. The odds at which your bet is accepted and confirmed in your bet slip constitute the final agreed odds for that wager. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. bro222 does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or profit from any wager placed on the Platform.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds carry an expiry window commencing from the date of credit to your Account. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bro222 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different identifying information.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by bro222.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market.

bro222 reserves the right to close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void any associated wagers and to forfeit the Account balance, without prior notice and without liability to the User.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bro222 Platform — including but not limited to the bro222 brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bro222 or its duly licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation or public display of Platform content — in whole or in part — without the express written consent of bro222 is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bro222, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of funds arising from wagering outcomes, irrespective of strategy, system or method employed.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability, technical errors, data transmission failures or system outages beyond bro222's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures or errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit bro222's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Account Termination

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

bro222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or regulatory requirements. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, bro222 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in its entirety.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bro222 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies of that licensing jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users are reminded that applicable Pakistani law governs their conduct and that participation in online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
